{"id":75338,"date":"2021-11-05T14:01:25","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T20:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=75338"},"modified":"2021-11-05T14:01:25","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T20:01:25","slug":"imputan-a-sujeto-por-agredir-a-su-expareja-en-chuburna-de-hidalgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/imputan-a-sujeto-por-agredir-a-su-expareja-en-chuburna-de-hidalgo\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputan a sujeto por agredir a su expareja en Chuburn\u00e1 de Hidalgo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 5 de noviembre de 2021.- Detenido en calles de Chuburn\u00e1 Hidalgo por agredir a su ex pareja, F.E.C.G. fue presentado ante un Juez Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, ante quien la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) le formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n por el delito de violencia familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la diligencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, se decret\u00f3 de legal su detenci\u00f3n y los fiscales de investigaci\u00f3n procedieron a informarle el proceso que se sigue en su contra por la agresi\u00f3n cometida contra Y.J.K.B., el d\u00eda 01 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Obra en la relator\u00eda de hechos que la agraviada fue perseguida por su expareja cuando sali\u00f3 de su trabajo, en la colonia Felipe Carrillo Puerto, hasta llegar a Chuburn\u00e1 de Hidalgo, sobre la calle 21, en donde fue agredida verbalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34071 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Violencia-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Ante la situaci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima, quien iba acompa\u00f1ada de su hija menor de edad, activ\u00f3 su celular para llamar al 911, pero F.E.C.G. la agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente al intentar quitarle su equipo y empujarla contra la pared.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Fue hasta que lleg\u00f3 a la avenida tecnol\u00f3gico cuando intercept\u00f3 a unos agentes de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP), quienes procedieron a la detenci\u00f3n del ahora imputado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En el desarrollo de la audiencia, los fiscales tambi\u00e9n solicitaron que el sujeto sea vinculado a proceso, pero se aplaz\u00f3 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 9 de noviembre en virtud del derecho que le otorga la ley. La parte acusadora justific\u00f3 la solicitud de prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar, la cual fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure la
