{"id":75736,"date":"2021-11-12T10:29:26","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T16:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=75736"},"modified":"2021-11-12T10:29:26","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T16:29:26","slug":"en-portugal-sera-ilegal-que-los-jefes-escriban-fuera-del-horario-de-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/en-portugal-sera-ilegal-que-los-jefes-escriban-fuera-del-horario-de-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"En Portugal ser\u00e1 ilegal que los jefes escriban fuera del horario de trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lisboa; 12 de noviembre de 2021 (Exc\u00e9lsior).- El Parlamento de Portugal aprob\u00f3 el pasado viernes una nueva legislaci\u00f3n en la que establece que los jefes deben evitar ponerse en contacto con los empleados fuera el horario de trabajo por medio de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas o mensajes de texto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a las nuevas leyes,\u00a0los empleadores se har\u00e1n acreedores a sanciones si no respetan los horarios establecidos en los\u00a0contratos de trabajo, esto a ra\u00edz del aumento de teletrabajo o home office que origin\u00f3 la crisis sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de que esta nueva ley surgi\u00f3 como apoyo a las personas que realizan trabajo remoto, se aplicar\u00e1 para cualquier tipo de empleo, sea presencial o teletrabajo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-75737 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Llamadas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento aprobado se\u00f1ala que\u00a0\u00fanicamente las situaciones de fuerza mayor deber\u00e1n ser atendidas. Adem\u00e1s, los trabajadores no pueden ser sancionados por no atender una llamada o un mensaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl trabajador tiene derecho, fuera de su horario de trabajo, a cerrar todos los sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n de servicios con el empleador, o a no atender las solicitudes de contacto por su parte, sin perjuicio de la consideraci\u00f3n de situaciones de fuerza mayor, y esto no puede resultar en ninguna desventaja o sanci\u00f3n para los primeros\u201d,\u00a0aclara documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se estipula que las empresas que deben ayudar con los gastos extra que supone el\u00a0trabajo desde casa, como el internet o la luz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los empleadores se har\u00e1n
