noviembre de 2021.- Tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable de un doble homicidio ocurrido el a\u00f1o pasado en la colonia San Damian, J.I.O.A. fue sentenciado a 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos expuestos por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), los cuales fueron acreditados plenamente con la exposici\u00f3n de las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada este d\u00eda en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los integrantes del Tribunal Segundo de Enjuiciamiento otorgaron por unanimidad de votos la pena privativa de la libertad, adem\u00e1s del pago de m\u00e1s de tres millones y medio en concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71224 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Encarcelado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Adem\u00e1s de las penas mencionadas, se amonest\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente y se le priv\u00f3 de sus derechos pol\u00edticos y los miembros del Tribunal establecieron que el sentenciado no debe acercarse al domicilio, ni a las v\u00edctimas indirectas por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, despu\u00e9s de compurgar la pena de prisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que durante su etapa inicial, el caso se desahog\u00f3 en el Juzgado Segundo de Control bajo la causa penal 195\/2020, donde la indagatoria de la Fiscal\u00eda permiti\u00f3 establecer que los hechos ocurrieron entre las \u00faltimas horas del 30 de noviembre y los primeras horas del d\u00eda siguiente del a\u00f1o 2020 en el interior de un predio ubicado en la citada colonia, donde el hoy sentenciado priv\u00f3 de la vida a P.A.A.N. y V.M.M.M., haciendo uso de un arma blanca, tal como dictaminaron peritos del Servicio
