{"id":76498,"date":"2021-11-22T20:39:07","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T02:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=76498"},"modified":"2021-11-22T20:39:07","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T02:39:07","slug":"cabildo-aprueba-incremento-al-impuesto-predial-en-merida-para-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/cabildo-aprueba-incremento-al-impuesto-predial-en-merida-para-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Cabildo aprueba incremento al impuesto predial en M\u00e9rida para 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 22 de noviembre de 2021.- El<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Cabildo de M\u00e9rida aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda la iniciativa de reformas a la Ley de Hacienda Municipal para 2022, que por mandato constitucional incluye la actualizaci\u00f3n de los valores catastrales con el fin de proteger la plusval\u00eda del patrimonio de los meridanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al respecto, el alcalde Ren\u00e1n Barrera Concha propondr\u00e1 en breve un plan de m\u00e1s y mejores descuentos para enero, febrero y marzo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, aplicados al pago de los impuestos municipales del predial y sobre Adquisici\u00f3n de Inmuebles para apoyar la econom\u00eda de los habitantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lo anterior para que la actualizaci\u00f3n de los valores catastrales no represente un problema, salvo en los casos de las edificaciones con un valor elevado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-76499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/PREDIAL-MERIDA-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"649\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida ofreci\u00f3 este a\u00f1o de manera extraordinaria m\u00e1s y mejores descuentos sobre el pago de impuestos, con el fin de ayudar a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan, por lo que<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0se buscar\u00e1 que esos descuentos puedan mantenerse e incluso puedan mejorar para beneficio de las familias, con est\u00edmulos que podr\u00edan ser de entre el 8 y 30 por ciento de descuento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con lo aprobado durante la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de Cabildo, la actualizaci\u00f3n de valores catastrales implica un ejercicio masivo, por lo que tomando como referencia el estudio de valores comerciales del a\u00f1o 2020 elaborado por el Colegio de Valuadores, la propuesta de actualizaci\u00f3n es \u00fanicamente por concepto de la inflaci\u00f3n observada para el a\u00f1o 2020 y la proyectada para 2021 determinadas por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), manteniendo la valuaci\u00f3n al 80% del valor comercial. La actualizaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente contempla el suelo y la construcci\u00f3n nueva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anque la actualizaci\u00f3n de los valores catastrales se realiza de manera anual, este a\u00f1o que transcurre no se llev\u00f3 a cabo debido a la incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica derivada de la pandemia por COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante la recuperaci\u00f3n acelerada del sector inmobiliario para el a\u00f1o 2022, se considera necesaria esta actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La s\u00edndico municipal, Diana Canto Moreno, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que poco a poco se va dejando atr\u00e1s, lo m\u00e1s adverso del panorama y hoy la ciudad requiere el apoyo de todas y todos los meridanos para seguir cumpliendo a cabalidad con la calidad de los servicios p\u00fablicos municipales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cAs\u00ed como actuamos responsablemente el a\u00f1o pasado en apoyo de la econom\u00eda de las familias meridanas, esta actualizaci\u00f3n de valores que presentamos hoy representa tambi\u00e9n un acto de responsabilidad porque se refleja en la plusval\u00eda del patrimonio inmobiliario de los meridanos que estamos obligados a cuidar y resguardar\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por otra parte, a fin de implementar acciones para el manejo eficiente, responsable y transparente de los recursos p\u00fablicos, que permitan\u00a0 mantener a M\u00e9rida como una de las\u00a0 mejores ciudades del pa\u00eds, a trav\u00e9s de un proyecto a largo plazo para elevar la calidad de vida de los meridanos, logrando la cobertura de los servicios p\u00fablicos municipales con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad y la satisfacci\u00f3n de los habitantes del Municipio, por medio de la dotaci\u00f3n de servicios y programas municipales, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda la iniciativa de Ley de Ingresos del Municipio de M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n para el ejercicio fiscal 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estos acuerdos aprobados deber\u00e1n turnarse en breve al Congreso del
