{"id":77521,"date":"2021-12-08T14:41:54","date_gmt":"2021-12-08T20:41:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=77521"},"modified":"2021-12-08T14:41:54","modified_gmt":"2021-12-08T20:41:54","slug":"mujeres-mayas-exigen-justicia-y-combate-a-la-violencia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/mujeres-mayas-exigen-justicia-y-combate-a-la-violencia-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujeres mayas exigen justicia y combate a la violencia de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 8 de diciembre de 2021 (ACOM).- Mujeres mayas exigen se les garantice el acceso a la justicia y un adecuado combate a la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Integrantes de la agrupaci\u00f3n Chuuunt&#8217;aan aseguraron que el actual sistema de justicia que impera en las comunidades de la entidad no ha sido eficiente para el combate a la violencia de la que han sido objeto por lo que recriminaron a legisladores locales su falta de atenci\u00f3n a este tema.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77522 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Mujeres-mayas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aseguran que el sistema de justicia de cada regi\u00f3n era funcional por lo que reprocharon que este no sea reconocido como tal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abHasta eso, ignoraron nuestro derecho a la justicia y nuestro derecho a hacer la justicia que de por s\u00ed hacemos. Ni caso le hicieron en el Congreso de aqu\u00ed. Sigue esa ley sin quitarla, pero antes, ya nos hab\u00edan perjudicado bastante. Nos quitaron nuestros juzgados de paz, ahora ponen a quienes tienen carrera de abogado\u00bb, dijo Silvia Chal\u00e9, quien habl\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n del grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las integrantes de Chuuunt&#8217;aan se plantaron a las puertas del Congreso local exigiendo a los diputados atender su petici\u00f3n en torno a que se apliquen las adecuaciones legales necesarias, debido a que insisten en que en los municipios yucatecos no se garantiza la justicia para las mujeres, lo que ha agudizado la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=308&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freporteroshoy%2Fvideos%2F905386210115175%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560&amp;t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"308\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afirmaron que cuando una mujer requiere atenci\u00f3n, pocas veces la recibe e incluso, es v\u00edctima de discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLastimaron nuestros sistemas de justicia y ya no tenemos c\u00f3mo enfrentar la violencia. Creemos que muchos feminicidios se hubieran evitado cuando pod\u00edamos hacer la justicia en nuestros pueblos. Eso que nos hicieron es racismo y nos conden\u00f3 a m\u00e1s violencia\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agrupaci\u00f3n exigi\u00f3 que se garantice el derecho de los ciudadanos a la libre determinaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el respeto a sus derechos para solucionar sus conflictos acordes a las costumbres de las
