las gestiones para aumento salarial a trabajadores del Poder Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 3 de enero de 2022 (ACOM).- A pesar de que ya fue aprobado el presupuesto para todos los poderes del estado por parte de diputados locales a mediados del pasado mes de diciembre, el titular del Tribunal de Justicia del Estado, Ricardo de Jes\u00fas \u00c1vila Heredia, asegur\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 junto con los sindicatos plantearle al gobierno del estado la posibilidad de que inyecte m\u00e1s recursos para un virtual incremento al salario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c1vila Heredia\u00a0dijo que tal planteamiento deber\u00e1 de hacerse de manera respetuosa el poder ejecutivo, por lo que adelant\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de enero se reunir\u00e1 con los representantes de las tres organizaciones gremiales para acordar la petici\u00f3n que le realizaran al gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las movilizaciones realizadas semanas atr\u00e1s por organizaciones sindicales, solo afectaron la calidad de los servicios que ofrece el poder judicial, sin embargo, no hubo una mayor afectaci\u00f3n en la impartici\u00f3n de justicia en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que el aumento salarial que se hab\u00eda planteado en virtud de diferentes condiciones existentes en el erario, eran del siete por ciento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-78684 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Ricardo-Avila-Heredia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Justicia laboral<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En otros temas el magistrado presidente habl\u00f3 de la implementaci\u00f3n de tribunales laborales a partir del mes de mayo del presente a\u00f1o, para lo cual se tiene contemplados 20 millones de pesos en el 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adelant\u00f3 que solamente ser\u00e1 abierto un juzgado que atienda las demandas laborales a partir de la fecha que fue adelantada por la federaci\u00f3n, toda vez que se ten\u00eda previsto que a finales del presente a\u00f1o entrara en marcha dicho sistema en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente aclar\u00f3 que con el nuevo sistema se busca que las denuncias interpuestas por los trabajadores no lleguen hasta los tribunales del poder judicial, toda vez que los conflictos entre patrones y trabajadores ser\u00e1n atendidos de inicio por un gran centro de conciliaci\u00f3n que estar\u00e1 a cargo del ejecutivo
