{"id":79273,"date":"2022-01-12T21:04:42","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T03:04:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=79273"},"modified":"2022-01-12T21:04:42","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T03:04:42","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-homicidio-de-ano-nuevo-en-la-via-merida-cancun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/vinculado-a-proceso-por-homicidio-de-ano-nuevo-en-la-via-merida-cancun\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por homicidio de A\u00f1o Nuevo en la v\u00eda M\u00e9rida-Canc\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 12 de enero de 2021.- Tras ser valorados los datos y elementos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), G.I.T.H. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio calificado, denunciado despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en la carretera federal M\u00e9rida-Canc\u00fan, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida un ciudadano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada este d\u00eda en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Valladolid, se resolvi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n legal del encausado despu\u00e9s de revisar los elementos aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y que el Juez Primero de Control del Quinto Distrito Judicial decretara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 1\/2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-79274 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DETENIDO-CARRETERA-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"621\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DETENIDO-CARRETERA-1-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DETENIDO-CARRETERA-1-218x150.jpeg 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 621px) 100vw, 621px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida por los especialistas de la FGE, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 1 de enero, cuando el procesado en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la v\u00edctima viajaba en un veh\u00edculo automotor por la citada v\u00eda, pero a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 124 del tramo Xcalacoop-Pist\u00e9, el encausado dispar\u00f3 contra su v\u00edctima provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte para despu\u00e9s huir del lugar, por lo que fue detenido posteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, fue ratificada la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, la cual se mantendr\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que G.I.T.H. continuar\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos investigados.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presunto asesino permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva durante todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.
