de 2022.- Acusada de los delitos de trata de personas en la modalidad de prostituci\u00f3n ajena, violaci\u00f3n equiparada continuada y corrupci\u00f3n de menores continuada, una mujer fue vinculada a proceso tras valorarse los datos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), por los hechos ocurridos en Tixcacaltuyub, comisar\u00eda de Yaxcab\u00e1, en agravio de una menor de edad e identidad reservada, hija de la imputada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los elementos de prueba reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 20\/2021 integrada en la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos de Trata de Personas y la Juez de Control del Quinto Distrito, con sede en Valladolid, tras valorarlos, decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo durante el cual se continuar\u00e1 la indagatoria para reunir m\u00e1s datos que permitan comprobar la participaci\u00f3n de la acusada en los delitos imputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9750 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Detenida.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que, durante la audiencia inicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n establecieron que entre los a\u00f1os 2015 y 2018, la imputada oblig\u00f3 a su hija, en ese momento menor de edad, a sostener relaciones sexuales con un individuo y posteriormente la obligaban a observarlos sosteniendo relaciones entre ellos, a cambio de una remuneraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de finalizar la audiencia, fue ratificada la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, la cual continuar\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que la encausada permanecer\u00e1 privada de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entre los a\u00f1os
