{"id":80213,"date":"2022-01-29T21:12:02","date_gmt":"2022-01-30T03:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=80213"},"modified":"2022-01-29T21:15:13","modified_gmt":"2022-01-30T03:15:13","slug":"se-nego-a-pagar-1300-al-mes-de-manutencion-de-su-hija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/se-nego-a-pagar-1300-al-mes-de-manutencion-de-su-hija\/","title":{"rendered":"Se neg\u00f3 a pagar 1,300 al mes de manutenci\u00f3n de su hija"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n a 29 de enero de 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos de prueba que permitieron que J.M.M. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de incumplimiento de las obligaciones de asistencia familiar, denunciado por su ex pareja sentimental por no cumplir con la manutenci\u00f3n de su hija menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba contenidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 41\/2020, mismos que fueron valorados por el Juez de Control quien decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67947\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Cereso.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos, expuestos por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n durante la audiencia inicial, establecen que la denunciante y el encausado sostuvieron una relaci\u00f3n sentimental de la cual procrearon una hija, pero en 2015 deciden separarse, y a trav\u00e9s del Juzgado Familiar se conden\u00f3 al imputado al pago de mil 300 pesos mensuales, pero al hacer caso omiso en el pago, fue denunciado penalmente.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar que fue otorgada durante el inicio del proceso de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, misma que continuar\u00e1 vigente durante todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Debe 7 a\u00f1os de pensi\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1a, le vali\u00f3 la orden del juez y simplemente se neg\u00f3 a depositar.
