Poder Judicial por calificaci\u00f3n en transparencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n a 13 de febrero de 2022.- El Poder Judicial del Estado, a trav\u00e9s del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, obtuvo la m\u00e1xima calificaci\u00f3n en cumplimiento de obligaciones de transparencia, como resultado de un muestreo para medir a instituciones obligadas realizado por el Instituto Estatal de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (Inaip Yucat\u00e1n)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior como parte del Programa Anual de Vigilancia 2021 que esta instituci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 y dio a conocer en d\u00edas pasados y que \u201cmide el \u00edndice de cumplimiento de las obligaciones de transparencia con respecto al reportado en el ejercicio 2020\u201d, para lo cual se determin\u00f3 el grado de cumplimiento de las Instituciones P\u00fablicas del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la medici\u00f3n de una muestra representativa que contempl\u00f3 a 91 Sujetos Obligados.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-80962 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Crescencio-G-Rejon-poder-judicial-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"647\" height=\"356\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la informaci\u00f3n publicada por el Inaip Yucat\u00e1n se estableci\u00f3 que\u00a0 dicho \u00edndice promedia el nivel de cumplimiento de las obligaciones que deben publicar los Sujetos Obligados en sus portales de internet y en la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el caso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia la calificaci\u00f3n fue de 100 y por categor\u00eda de sujeto obligado, el Poder Judicial promedi\u00f3 99.48.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
