La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a J.C.P.C., por el delito de abuso sexual agravado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en el fraccionamiento Nueva Kukulk\u00e1n, en agravio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, con sede en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s de formular la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, presentaron los datos de prueba para solicitar se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, quien estuvo de acuerdo en que se definiera su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica durante la presente audiencia, por lo que el Juez de Control tras valorar los datos expuestos, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66383 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MANOS-CARCEL-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"609\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">De los hechos, reunidos en la causa penal 335\/2021, se se\u00f1ala que ocurrieron entre agosto de 2018 y septiembre de 2020 en un predio del fraccionamiento se\u00f1alado, en donde el imputado realiz\u00f3 actos lascivos en contra de la v\u00edctima quien es menor de edad e identidad reservada, por lo que fue denunciado penalmente.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, los fiscales presentaron los argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y el Juez de Control, despu\u00e9s de analizarlos, otorg\u00f3 la medida por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso y adem\u00e1s brind\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo durante el cual se continuar\u00e1 con la
