{"id":81517,"date":"2022-02-23T13:37:43","date_gmt":"2022-02-23T19:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=81517"},"modified":"2022-02-23T13:37:43","modified_gmt":"2022-02-23T19:37:43","slug":"imputado-por-asesinar-a-joven-en-chikindzonot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/imputado-por-asesinar-a-joven-en-chikindzonot\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputado por asesinar a joven en Chikindzonot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Chikindzonot, Yucat\u00e1n; 23 de febrero de 2022.- Por el delito de homicidio y lesiones calificadas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a P.R.P.U., quien fue denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la localidad de Chikindzonot, donde <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/asesinan-a-joven-tras-rina-en-chikindzonot\/\">una persona perdi\u00f3 la vida y una m\u00e1s result\u00f3 lesionada.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la agresi\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, la cual deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 17\/2022, donde se establece que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 19 de febrero, en la calle 22 de la citada localidad, donde el encausado golpe\u00f3 a L.E.K.C. haci\u00e9ndolo caer al suelo para despu\u00e9s inferirle una herida con arma blanca que le provoc\u00f3 la muerte por traumatismo tor\u00e1cico abierto secundario, de acuerdo a lo dictaminado por el Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En ese momento, el ciudadano C.D.K.C. quiso intervenir en defensa del ahora occiso, pero el imputado le lanz\u00f3 dos tajos con la misma arma provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones en el brazo y dedos de la mano que tardan hasta 15 d\u00edas en sanar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72936 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/detenido-progreso-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/detenido-progreso-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/detenido-progreso-218x150.jpg 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero del Quinto Distrito Judicial, con sede en Valladolid, el Juez de Control decret\u00f3 la legalidad en la detenci\u00f3n del acusado y a continuaci\u00f3n los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y presentaron los datos de prueba y argumentos para solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de P.R.P.U., quien pidi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para resolver su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que se program\u00f3 una nueva audiencia para el pr\u00f3ximo 24 de febrero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de dar por concluida la diligencia judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, la cual fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El denunciado golpe\u00f3 e hiri\u00f3 con un arma blanca a un joven quien momentos despu\u00e9s muri\u00f3.
