{"id":82271,"date":"2022-03-09T20:16:22","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T02:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=82271"},"modified":"2022-03-09T20:16:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T02:16:22","slug":"notarios-yucatecos-acuerdan-ofrecer-precios-y-horarios-mas-accesibles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/notarios-yucatecos-acuerdan-ofrecer-precios-y-horarios-mas-accesibles\/","title":{"rendered":"Notarios yucatecos acuerdan ofrecer precios y horarios m\u00e1s accesibles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 9 de marzo de 2022.- El Gobierno del Estado y el Consejo de Notarios de Yucat\u00e1n acordaron apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias de la entidad mediante el acercamiento a precios accesibles de tr\u00e1mites relacionados con otorgar certeza jur\u00eddica y seguridad patrimonial a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La titular de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno (SGG), Mar\u00eda Fritz Sierra y el presidente del Consejo de Notarios de Yucat\u00e1n, H\u00e9ctor Jos\u00e9 Victoria Maldonado, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, que permitir\u00e1 otorgar facilidades, precios y honorarios m\u00e1s accesibles, as\u00ed como mayor seguridad jur\u00eddica y rapidez, en el tema de expedici\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos de propiedad a las familias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De esta manera, este sector responde al llamado del gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal a contribuir tanto con el proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica como a la pol\u00edtica de beneficio social de la actual administraci\u00f3n, sensible a las necesidades de los yucatecos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe mencionar que, con esta firma, los notarios se comprometen con cobrar por concepto de honorarios un m\u00e1ximo de 5,000 pesos, para atender procedimientos y operaciones de enajenaci\u00f3n de bienes inmuebles, con un valor de hasta por 2,000 Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-82274 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/NOTARIOS-DE-YUCATAN-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"438\" \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, Fritz Sierra resalt\u00f3 el compromiso social de los notarios, que trabajan para brindar certidumbre a los ciudadanos que a\u00fan no cuentan con este documento que acredita la posesi\u00f3n de sus bienes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por su parte, el consejero Jur\u00eddico, Yussif Dionel Heredia Fritz, detall\u00f3 que el acuerdo estar\u00e1 vigente a partir de hoy y durante la presente administraci\u00f3n estatal, hasta el 2024, con el objetivo de beneficiar al mayor n\u00famero de familias de Yucat\u00e1n, que no han tramitado sus t\u00edtulos de propiedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cPara el Gobierno del Estado, este acuerdo representa un significativo acto de solidaridad y empat\u00eda de los notarios del estado, con las causas del actual Gobierno, de ser sensibles con las necesidades de los habitantes del estado, sobre todo con las personas de escasos recursos\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-82275 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/NOTARIOS-DE-YUCATAN-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"653\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por su parte, Victoria Maldonado explic\u00f3 que se trata de otorgar facilidades, precios y honorarios m\u00e1s accesibles, as\u00ed como mayor seguridad jur\u00eddica y rapidez en el tema de expedici\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos de propiedad, en beneficio de las familias m\u00e1s desprotegidas econ\u00f3micamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta medida est\u00e1 disponible con cualquier notario de Yucat\u00e1n.
