Yucat\u00e1n; 12 de marzo de 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos de prueba que permitieron vincular a proceso a S.I.T.O., acusado del delito de incumplimiento de las obligaciones de asistencia familiar, denunciado por no cumplir con la manutenci\u00f3n de su hija menor de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras la denuncia interpuesta, la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda estableci\u00f3 que el encausado y la denunciante procrearon una hija, pero tras su divorcio, se emiti\u00f3 un acuerdo del pago provisional de manutenci\u00f3n por tres mil pesos, pero el imputado promovi\u00f3 un recurso de revocaci\u00f3n y la cantidad fue ajustada a dos mil pesos, pero no cumpli\u00f3, por lo que se interpuso la denuncia correspondiente que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 50\/2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-82399 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/BILLETE-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"355\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, para despu\u00e9s exponer los datos de prueba y solicitar se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del encausado, quien estuvo de acuerdo en definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica durante la presente audiencia, por lo que el Juez Primero de Control decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la audiencia, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar que incluye la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del estado, presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, no acercarse a la denunciante y el pago de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, mismas que estar\u00e1n vigentes todo lo que dure el
