marzo de 2022.- Despu\u00e9s de contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, se celebr\u00f3 un procedimiento de juicio abreviado donde se otorg\u00f3 un fallo condenatorio en contra de A.J.R.G. al comprobarse su culpabilidad en el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada, por lo que fue sentenciado a cinco a\u00f1os y cuatro meses de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos en abril del a\u00f1o 2021 en agravio de una menor de edad en Um\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), los hechos ocurrieron el 17 de abril del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando el acusado cometi\u00f3 el delito en agravio de la menor en el interior de los ba\u00f1os del palacio Municipal de Um\u00e1n, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal querella, la cual se desahog\u00f3 bajo la causa penal 22\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74870 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Carcel.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n, se contemplan como penas a cumplir por el sentenciado, adem\u00e1s de la condena privativa de la libertad, una multa de 667 d\u00edas, recibir amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s se le proh\u00edbe acercarse a la v\u00edctima por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, despu\u00e9s de compurgar su pena en prisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la diligencia, se convoc\u00f3 a las partes involucradas para el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de marzo, cuando se realizar\u00e1 lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de
