Yucat\u00e1n; 30 de marzo de 2022.- Tras valorarse los datos y elementos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), J.B.C.M. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, denunciado despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en la colonia Dzununc\u00e1n de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, en agravio de una menor de 13 a\u00f1os de edad e identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada este d\u00eda en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Juez Segunda de Control valor\u00f3 los datos presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado, otorgando adem\u00e1s un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo durante el cual se continuar\u00e1 la indagatoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66383 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MANOS-CARCEL-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos denunciados, ocurrieron en un predio de la citada colonia, donde el imputado haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica y moral, cometi\u00f3 el delito en agravio de la hija de su pareja sentimental, por lo que al descubrirse su acci\u00f3n, se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia, la cual deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 85\/2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Antes de dar por concluida la diligencia judicial, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa otorgada durante la audiencia
