de abril de 2022.- Acusado del delito de violaci\u00f3n, E.G.A. fue vinculado a proceso por los hechos ocurridos en un predio en la localidad de Susul\u00e1 comisar\u00eda de M\u00e9rida, en agravio de una mujer de identidad reservada, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva hasta concluir el proceso por los hechos ocurridos en mayo del a\u00f1o 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba contenidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 87\/2022, mismos que fueron valorados por el Juez Segundo de Control, quien decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorgando adem\u00e1s un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-64477 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Prision1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que durante la etapa inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el 23 de mayo del a\u00f1o 2020, cuando el imputado y la v\u00edctima llegaron a un rancho en la citada localidad, donde el acusado haciendo uso de la violencia moral atemoriz\u00f3 a la mujer, para despu\u00e9s, con uso de la fuerza, agredirla sexualmente, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal querella que deriv\u00f3 en la presente diligencia judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de dar por finalizada la audiencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, la cual permanecer\u00e1 vigente hasta concluir el proceso, por lo que el encausado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los
