violencia familiar y lesiones, G.A.D.A., fue vinculado a proceso tras valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), denunciados despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el fraccionamiento Ciudad Caucel, Los Almendros III.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que se present\u00f3 la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda integraron la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 103\/2022, donde se expone que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado primero de abril, cuando el imputado agredi\u00f3 a su pareja sentimental, por lo que la denunciante E.M.M. intervino y result\u00f3 lesionada por el encausado y por lo que fue detenido.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-82486 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Violencia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conforme a la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Juez Segunda de Control, despu\u00e9s de valorar los datos de prueba aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de concluir la audiencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, misma que fue impuesta durante la audiencia inicial y se
