unanimidad reformas al C\u00f3digo Penal Federal para castigar hasta con\u00a015 a\u00f1os\u00a0de c\u00e1rcel el\u00a0matrimonio infantil\u00a0forzado y una multa de entre mil y 2 mil 500 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se dio a conocer en el\u00a0comunicado\u00a0de la C\u00e1mara de\u00a0Diputados\u00a0que la pena por\u00a0matrimonio infantil\u00a0aumentar\u00e1 hasta en una mitad si es que la v\u00edctima pertenece a alg\u00fan pueblo o comunidad ind\u00edgena o afromexicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto, enviado al Senado, agrega al C\u00f3digo Penal Federal un cap\u00edtulo que se\u00f1ala como delito la \u201cCohabitaci\u00f3n forzada de personas menores de 18 a\u00f1os de edad o de personas que no tienen capacidad para comprender el significado del hecho o de personas que no tienen capacidad para resistirlo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-84935 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Matrimonio-Infantil.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia refiere que el matrimonio entre\u00a0menores\u00a0de edad o la uni\u00f3n temprana constituye una figura que atenta contra el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, debido a que representa \u201cun menoscabo a sus derechos fundamentales en detrimento de su formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, la diputada Lizbeth Mata Lozano del Partido de Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) y secretaria de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia, dijo que la propuesta consiste en tipificar como delito la cohabitaci\u00f3n forzada de personas menores de edad, con discapacidad y aquellas que no tienen capacidad para comprender el significado del hecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la diputada Eufrosina Cruz Mendoza del Partido de Revoluci\u00f3n Institucional (PRI) destac\u00f3 que se trata de un acto garantista de la defensa de los derechos humanos de las ni\u00f1as, pero tambi\u00e9n es una acci\u00f3n afirmativa ante una emergencia debido a que les est\u00e1n robando su vida, sue\u00f1os y futuro a los menores.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diputada Karen Michel Gonz\u00e1lez M\u00e1rquez del PAN expres\u00f3 que debe prevalecer el respeto a los derechos humanos y sobre todo la integridad de los menores de edad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que resulta vergonzonzo que M\u00e9xico ocupe el lugar ocho entre los 20 pa\u00edses con mayor n\u00famero de\u00a0matrimonios infantiles, \u201ces intolerable\u201d,
