{"id":85272,"date":"2022-05-03T10:12:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T15:12:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=85272"},"modified":"2022-05-03T10:12:08","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T15:12:08","slug":"contabilizan-casi-230-casos-de-misteriosa-hepatitis-en-ninos-a-nivel-mundial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/contabilizan-casi-230-casos-de-misteriosa-hepatitis-en-ninos-a-nivel-mundial\/","title":{"rendered":"Contabilizan casi 230 casos de misteriosa hepatitis en ni\u00f1os a nivel mundial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suiza; 3 de mayo de 2022 (Exc\u00e9lsior).- La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS)\u00a0sigue recibiendo decenas de informes sobre casos de una\u00a0misteriosa hepatitis\u00a0que afecta a los\u00a0ni\u00f1os\u00a0y ha registrado hasta ahora unos\u00a0230 casos\u00a0a nivel mundial, indic\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n este martes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abHasta el 1 de mayo, se han se\u00f1alado a la OMS 228 casos en 209 pa\u00edses y otros 50 est\u00e1n investig\u00e1ndose\u00bb, inform\u00f3 un portavoz de la OMS, Tarik Jasarevic, a los periodistas en Ginebra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0mayor\u00eda de los\u00a0casos\u00a0se registran en\u00a0Europa, sobre todo en el\u00a0Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El origen de estas hepatitis sigue siendo un misterio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85273 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Hepatitis.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Brote repentino<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 5 de abril, la OMS fue informada de 10 casos de hepatitis aguda severa de origen desconocido en ni\u00f1os de menos de 10 a\u00f1os en el centro de Escocia. El 8 de abril ya se hab\u00edan identificado 74 casos en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta hepatitis produce ictericia, diarrea, v\u00f3mitos y dolores abdominales. Algunos casos han requerido trasplantes de h\u00edgado y al menos un ni\u00f1o falleci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los virus comunes de la hepatitis no han sido registrados en ninguno de los casos, seg\u00fan el Centro Europeo para la Prevenci\u00f3n y el Control de las Enfermedades (ECDC) y la OMS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un an\u00e1lisis de estos misteriosos casos de hepatitis en Estados Unidos llev\u00f3 a las autoridades sanitarias del pa\u00eds a pensar que su origen podr\u00eda ser un pat\u00f3geno com\u00fan llamado\u00a0adenovirus 41, aunque por ahora esto sigue siendo una hip\u00f3tesis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los adenovirus, normalmente banales, provocan problemas respiratorios, conjuntivitis o problemas digestivos.
