El flujo de mercanc\u00edas il\u00edcitas, la trata de personas, la legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis, el tratado de asistencia legal mutua y procedimientos de extradici\u00f3n, fueron abordados en la Cumbre Binacional Estados Unidos-M\u00e9xico realizada en la ciudad de Phoenix, Arizona, a la que asisti\u00f3 el fiscal General del Estado, Juan Manuel Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n representando a Yucat\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El evento organizado por el Embajador de Estados Unidos, Ken Salazar y la Alianza de\u00a0Fiscales Generales (Attorney General Alliance) reuni\u00f3 a los fiscales generales de ciudades como Arizona, California, Guam, Indiana, Nuevo M\u00e9xico y Utah, as\u00ed como a sus hom\u00f3logos mexicanos de Baja California, Chihuahua, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Michoac\u00e1n, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Sonora, Tamaulipas y Yucat\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85854 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Cumbre-fiscales.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La Cumbre sirvi\u00f3 de foro para que los fiscales generales de EU y M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de agencias federales y del sector privado, intercambiaran experiencias y avances en temas fronterizos, por lo que cont\u00f3 con la presencia de especialistas en los diversos temas abordados y el intercambio de ideas y proyectos a cargo de los fiscales participantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Juan Manuel Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n resalt\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de Yucat\u00e1n en la Cumbre, trascendental al abordarse temas de importancia para todas las entidades participantes, por lo que hizo \u00e9nfasis en la asistencia de 10 fiscales mexicanos y seis de Estados Unidos interesados en la informaci\u00f3n global referente a temas que involucran a ambas naciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la bienvenida del Embajador de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico, Ken Salazar y el fiscal de California, Rob Bonta, se dio inicio a la Cumbre Binacional con el tema del Tratado de Asistencia Legal Mutua y Procedimientos de Extradici\u00f3n a cargo de Cristina Vejar, agregada del Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85855 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Cumbre-fiscales1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los otros temas abordados fue la Trata de Personas: Una tragedia mundial, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas de Estados Unidos en el que se destac\u00f3 la trascendencia de la labor coordinada entre fiscales generales de ambos pa\u00edses para combatir este delito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De igual manera, se abord\u00f3 la legalizaci\u00f3n de la cannabis en Estados Unidos y su impacto en el mercado de las drogas ilegales, adem\u00e1s de las Coaliciones p\u00fablico-privadas en la lucha contra el flujo de mercanc\u00edas il\u00edcitas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los presentes coincidieron en las bondades de la reuni\u00f3n, ante los retos que se presentan luego de la pandemia de Covid-19, que ha tra\u00eddo nuevos temas que requieren del trabajo conjunto entre
