{"id":85871,"date":"2022-05-12T14:13:43","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T19:13:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=85871"},"modified":"2022-05-12T16:29:48","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T21:29:48","slug":"presentan-terna-para-magistrada-del-tribunal-superior-de-justicia-de-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/presentan-terna-para-magistrada-del-tribunal-superior-de-justicia-de-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan terna para vacante en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 12 de mayo de 2022.- Como marca la normatividad vigente en la materia y despu\u00e9s de haber recibido la notificaci\u00f3n correspondiente por parte del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Yucat\u00e1n, el Ejecutivo del Estado env\u00edo al Poder legislativo la propuesta de terna para designar a la magistrada que sustituir\u00e1 en el cargo a Addy Lucelly C\u00e1mara Vallejos, a quien se le otorg\u00f3 el retiro vitalicio en t\u00e9rminos de la ley tras acreditar 39 a\u00f1os al servicio del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta, que entreg\u00f3 este d\u00eda, por instrucciones del Gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal, el consejero Jur\u00eddico del Estado, Yussif Heredia Fritz, al secretario General del Congreso yucateco, Adri\u00e1n Anguiano Aguilar, est\u00e1 integrada por: Teresita de Jes\u00fas Anguas Zapata, Adiver del Rub\u00ed Gonz\u00e1lez Alpuche y Lizette Mimenza Herrera.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85872 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Teresita-Anguas-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teresita de Jes\u00fas Anguas Zapata es Licenciada en Derecho por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Yucat\u00e1n (UADY), con especialidad en el Sistema Integral de Justicia Penal para Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, y Maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n. Cuenta con formaci\u00f3n en las \u00e1reas de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Cultura Organizacional; Violencia infanto-juvenil con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como titular de la Procuradur\u00eda de la Defensa del Menor y la Familia del Estado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85873 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Adiver-Gonzalez-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"595\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo que toca a Adiver del Rub\u00ed Gonz\u00e1lez Alpuche es Licenciada en Derecho por la UADY y tiene un Doctorado en la misma materia. Se ha desempe\u00f1ado como coordinadora de servicios internos en el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida; proyectista del Consejo Tutelar de Menores Infractores; adem\u00e1s de auxiliar jur\u00eddico en el Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85874 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Lizzet-Mimenza-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"460\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de Lizette Mimenza Herrera es Licenciada en Derecho, cuenta con una Maestr\u00eda en Ciencias Penales y una especialidad en ciencias jur\u00eddico-penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el servicio p\u00fablico, ha sido Regidora y Directora de Gobernaci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida\u00b8 tambi\u00e9n se ha desempe\u00f1ado como Directora Jur\u00eddica y titular de la Unidad de Transparencia de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n. Actualmente es vicefiscal de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito, Justicia Alternativa y Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas en la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado
