magistrados del Poder Judicial piden su retiro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n a 19 de mayo de 2022.- El pleno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia recibi\u00f3 las solicitudes de cuatro Magistrados para su retiro anticipado, acorde los t\u00e9rminos de la ley org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial del Estado, las cuales fueron turnadas al Consejo de la Judicatura para hacer efectivos sus derechos y al Congreso del Estado para el procedimiento de propuesta de quienes sustituir\u00e1n a dichos servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-86277 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Magistrado1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los magistrados Jorge Rivero Evia, de la Sala Colegiada Civil y Familiar del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y el Magistrado Santiago Altamirano Escalante, integrante de la Sala Unitaria en Justicia Especializada para Adolescentes de este mismo Tribunal, solicitaron su retiro anticipado a partir del 22 de mayo del presente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-86278 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Magistrado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta misma sesi\u00f3n del pleno, el magistrado Marcos Alejandro Celis Quintal, integrante de la Sala Colegiada Penal y Civil, hizo tambi\u00e9n su solicitud de retiro la cual tendr\u00e1 efectos al 6 de junio de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El magistrado Luis Felipe Esper\u00f3n Villanueva, integrante de la Sala Penal y Civil solicit\u00f3 su retiro con efectos a partir del 6 de junio del presente, dado que su periodo constitucional de 15 a\u00f1os como Magistrado concluye el 5 de junio de 2022; lo anterior en los t\u00e9rminos del Decreto n\u00famero 417 publicado en el Diario Oficial del Gobierno del Estado el 6 de junio de 2011.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tres
