{"id":86543,"date":"2022-05-24T19:55:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-25T00:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=86543"},"modified":"2022-05-24T21:34:26","modified_gmt":"2022-05-25T02:34:26","slug":"prision-preventiva-por-intento-de-feminicidio-en-flamboyanes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/prision-preventiva-por-intento-de-feminicidio-en-flamboyanes\/","title":{"rendered":"Prisi\u00f3n preventiva por intento de feminicidio en Flamboyanes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"right\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, a 24 de mayo de 2022.- Tras herir con arma blanca a su pareja el pasado fin de semana en el fraccionamiento Flamboyanes de Progreso, J.D.C.C. fue imputado por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, tras las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), por lo que se quedar\u00e1 bajo prisi\u00f3n justificada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras una labor coordinada de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), la Secretaria de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP) y la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Progreso, se logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del imputado, quien hoy fue presentado en audiencia en el Juzgado Tercero de Control, donde se determin\u00f3 que la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 27 de mayo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la indagatoria bajo la causa penal 53\/2022 expuesta en audiencia por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, la tarde del s\u00e1bado el inculpado atac\u00f3 con un arma blanca a su V.C.K.U. de 34 a\u00f1os de edad, quien tuvo que ser trasladada al hospital O&#8217;Hor\u00e1n para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica tras recibir heridas que ponen en peligro la vida, de acuerdo con los m\u00e9dicos forenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la jornada de este d\u00eda, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n solicitaron la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para el detenido, medida corroborada por el Juez de Control, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41797\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Carcel-Me\u0301rida.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La tarde del s\u00e1bado el inculpado atac\u00f3 con un arma a su V.C.K.U. de 34 a\u00f1os de edad, las lesiones pusieron en peligro su vida.
