de 2022.- Una vez que se cont\u00f3 con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, se celebr\u00f3 un procedimiento de juicio abreviado donde se declar\u00f3 penalmente responsable a S.D.Ch.O. por el delito de abuso sexual equiparado y fue sentenciado a 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y 400 d\u00edas de multa por los hechos ocurridos el mes de octubre del a\u00f1o 2021 en un predio del fraccionamiento Los H\u00e9roes de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, en agravio de una menor de 13 a\u00f1os de edad e identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Conforme a la indagatoria realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 18 de octubre, en el interior de un predio del citado fraccionamiento, donde el sentenciado se par\u00f3 frente a la menor y la toc\u00f3 de forma lasciva sobre la ropa, por lo que fue presentada la denuncia correspondiente, la cual fue judicializada bajo la causa penal 275\/2021 ante el Juez Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74868 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Carcel1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, el imputado fue sentenciado, adem\u00e1s de a la pena privativa de la libertad, al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y se le proh\u00edbe acercarse a la menor y su domicilio por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, despu\u00e9s de compurgar su pena en prisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Entre otras de las penas impuestas al encausado est\u00e1n la suspensi\u00f3n de sus derechos pol\u00edticos, se le amonest\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente y se le negaron los beneficios de la sustituci\u00f3n de sanciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la audiencia, se dispens\u00f3 la lectura de sentencia, por lo que quedan en firme las penas se\u00f1aladas previamente.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sujeto recibi\u00f3 sentencia en
