Tras las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), E.R.D. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de violencia familiar y lesiones, denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos la semana pasada en un predio de la colonia D\u00edaz Ordaz, en agravio de su madre, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba contenidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 164\/2022, los cuales fueron valorados por la autoridad judicial quien decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69385 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/A-prision.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"361\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n establecieron que los hechos ocurrieron el 25 de mayo pasado, en el interior de un predio de la colonia se\u00f1alada, donde el imputado ejecut\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en agravio de su madre, quien result\u00f3 con lesiones que tardan m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas en sanar, por lo que fue detenido momentos despu\u00e9s de la agresi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de dar por concluida las diligencias judiciales, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el encausado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta
