de 2022.- Al contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, se celebr\u00f3 un procedimiento de juicio abreviado donde se declar\u00f3 penalmente responsable al ciudadano A.T.U. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada cometida en grado de tentativa y fue sentenciado a cuatro a\u00f1os y diez meses de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos a inicios del presente a\u00f1o en la localidad de Dzonot Carretero, comisar\u00eda de Tizim\u00edn, en agravio de un menor de 13 a\u00f1os de edad e identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Valladolid, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) expuso los datos de prueba obtenidos durante la indagatoria, mismos que confirman la participaci\u00f3n del acusado en los hechos ocurridos el 11 de enero del 2022, en el interior de un predio de la calle 36 de la citada localidad, donde haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica y moral, intent\u00f3 agredir sexualmente al menor, quien opuso resistencia y no logr\u00f3 cumplir su objetivo porque lleg\u00f3 la denunciante y otra persona, que impidieron que continuar\u00e1 con sus acciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-63354 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Sentenciado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Una vez emitido el fallo condenatorio por la Juez de Control del Quinto Distrito Judicial, se sentenci\u00f3 al acusado a la pena privativa de la libertad, as\u00ed como al pago de 1200 UMA\u00b4s de multa, as\u00ed como a la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, se le proh\u00edbe acercarse a la v\u00edctima una vez compurgada la pena de prisi\u00f3n, recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, se dispens\u00f3 la audiencia de lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de la sentencia a petici\u00f3n del acusado, por lo que quedan en firme las penas
