2022.- Ante el Juez Primero de Control del Quinto Distrito, con sede en Valladolid, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n en contra de E.M.R. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada cometido en agravio de la ciudadana M.I.M.S.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 80\/2021 los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 23 de julio, cuando el encausado se introdujo al predio donde dorm\u00eda la v\u00edctima, en el fraccionamiento Santa Cruz de la ciudad de Valladolid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37984 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Juez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"358\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En el desarrollo de la misma audiencia se solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra del acusado, pero se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional que le otorga la ley, por lo que se difiri\u00f3 para el pr\u00f3ximo 29 de julio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Mientras tanto permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, que estar\u00e1
