{"id":90084,"date":"2022-08-01T14:42:20","date_gmt":"2022-08-01T19:42:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=90084"},"modified":"2022-08-01T14:44:03","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T19:44:03","slug":"ley-de-bienestar-animal-sera-analizada-en-el-proximo-periodo-ordinario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/ley-de-bienestar-animal-sera-analizada-en-el-proximo-periodo-ordinario\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Bienestar Animal ser\u00e1 analizada en el pr\u00f3ximo periodo ordinario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 1 de agosto de 2022 (ACOM).- Sigue pendiente el an\u00e1lisis de la iniciativa que busca crear una Ley de Bienestar Animal para Yucat\u00e1n, propuesta por la bancada del PAN en el Congreso estatal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente, Harry Rodr\u00edguez Botello Fierro, anticip\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 hasta que inicie el pr\u00f3ximo periodo ordinario de sesiones del Legislativo, cuando esta medida sea analizada por los integrantes de este \u00f3rgano.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida, entre otras cosas, busca el reconocimiento de los animales como seres sintientes y, sobre todo, que haya estrategias para garantizar su bienestar.<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-90085 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Harry-Botello.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/>\u00abYo creo que, en el siguiente periodo, sin duda alguna, vamos a tener resultados con esta ley y estamos esperando meter temas que hab\u00edan sido complejos como torneo de lazo, corrida de toros. Ya hablamos con algunos compa\u00f1eros, algunos est\u00e1n de acuerdo, nos falta un poco de trabajo para llegar a consensos que son complicados, sobre todo, con diputados del interior del Estado\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que esta iniciativa del panista, Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez Ballote, rescata lo hecho en la Legislatura anterior, sobre la investigaci\u00f3n de oficio de los casos de maltrato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEs socializar esta propuesta, que le metamos al tema, ya lleg\u00f3 el momento de hacerlo, llevamos a\u00f1os avanzando, pero no damos el paso que necesitamos en Yucat\u00e1n. En 2012 avanzamos con este tema. En las siguientes legislaturas hubo cambios ya avanz\u00f3 y ahora, tenemos algo m\u00e1s completo, por lo que podemos entregar un mejor producto legislativo\u00bb,
