Yucat\u00e1n; 6 de agosto de 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a J.G.R., por el delito de violaci\u00f3n a las \u00f3rdenes y medidas de protecci\u00f3n, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el interior de una plaza ubicada en la avenida Jacinto Canek de \u00e9sta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y presentaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 247\/2022 para pedir se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, quien pidi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino para definir su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se reanude el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de agosto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66383 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MANOS-CARCEL-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"587\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la presente diligencia judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que el pasado dos de agosto, el encausado se aperson\u00f3 al centro laboral de la denunciante, pese a existir una orden de protecci\u00f3n en la que se le prohibi\u00f3 acercarse a dicho lugar, en donde intimid\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima en reiteradas ocasiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n argumentaron la necesidad de la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, la cual fue concedida por el Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta definir su participaci\u00f3n en
