riesgo Ley 3 de 3 contra la violencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 12 de agosto de 2022 (ACOM).- Concretan la modificaci\u00f3n a la Constituci\u00f3n de Yucat\u00e1n en materia de violencia de g\u00e9nero y deudores alimentarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El decreto fue publicado en el Diario Oficial del Estado, y en este se da cuenta de las reformas aplicadas a diversas fracciones de los art\u00edculos 22, 46, 65, 72 y 78 de la Constituci\u00f3n, en los que se se\u00f1ala que, para obtener el registro como candidato a puesto de elecci\u00f3n, consejero de la judicatura y otros encargos, el aspirante no debe ser deudor alimentario moroso.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tampoco deber\u00e1 tener antecedentes penales por violencia familiar, delitos contra la intimidad personal, contra la imagen personal, violencia laboral contra las mujeres, violencia obst\u00e9trica, violaci\u00f3n o feminicidio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-90625 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Ley-3-de-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida fue avalada por los 106 Ayuntamientos de Yucat\u00e1n, por lo que se procedi\u00f3 a validarla por parte del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que esta medida cuenta con una acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad, ante la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, promovida por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, organismo que la considera violatoria de derechos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan los motivos de la CNDH, es discriminatorio y estigmatizante que la medida ponga tales requisitos para diversos cargos p\u00fablicos o aspirar a una candidatura.<\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello, que el organismo aut\u00f3nomo solicit\u00f3 a la corte
