de 2022.- En una audiencia de procedimiento abreviado se dict\u00f3 un fallo condenatorio a G.G.T.E., quien fue sentenciado a 12 a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n al ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en septiembre del a\u00f1o 2021 en un predio de la localidad de Chicxulub Puerto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la indagatoria realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) el sentenciado cometi\u00f3 el il\u00edcito en agravio de la v\u00edctima menor de edad e identidad reservada, utilizando la violencia f\u00edsica y moral, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 43\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6831 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Juez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Tercero de Control del Primer Distrito, con sede en Progreso, tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, la Fiscal\u00eda aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba que permitieron a la Juez de Control otorgar el citado fallo condenatorio y adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad y el pago de una multa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Adicional a las penas mencionadas, el sentenciado deber\u00e1 pagar la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, tiene prohibido acercarse a la v\u00edctima por un plazo de tres a\u00f1os, recibi\u00f3 una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y le fueron
