#000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 15 de agosto de 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a M.M.G. por los delitos de homicidio y lesiones, ambos cometidos por culpa, los cuales fueron denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos la semana pasada en la carretera M\u00e9rida-Chetumal, donde perdieron la vida tres personas y dos m\u00e1s resultaron heridas, motivo por el cual el imputado permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia celebrada este d\u00eda ante la Juez de Control del Segundo Distrito Judicial con sede en Kanas\u00edn, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n de los delitos y a continuaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba para pedir la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado, quien se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino legal para definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se reanude el pr\u00f3ximo 19 de agosto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-90754 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/MERIDA-CHETUMAL-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"645\" height=\"439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/MERIDA-CHETUMAL-1-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/MERIDA-CHETUMAL-1-1536x1047.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px\" \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los hechos, reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que fue judicializada bajo la causa penal 120\/2022, ocurrieron el pasado 12 de agosto, cuando el acusado conduc\u00eda un tracto cami\u00f3n en la citada v\u00eda, pero al hacerlo sin la precauci\u00f3n necesaria, impact\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo que se encontraba en el acotamiento a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 37, en el tramo Telchaquillo-Tekik, provocando con su acci\u00f3n que tres personas perdieran la vida y dos m\u00e1s resultaran con lesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-90755 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/MERIDA-CHETUMAL-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos para sustentar la solicitud de la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, misma que fue concedida por la Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el imputado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos
