La inflaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n gener\u00f3 afectaciones en el costo de la vivienda en Yucat\u00e1n, el cual increment\u00f3 en los \u00faltimos meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de Vivienda (Canadevi), Sergei L\u00f3pez Cant\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 que esta alza se gener\u00f3 debido al aumento en el precio de diversos insumos, aunque asegura que, en comparaci\u00f3n con esto, el costo de la vivienda s\u00f3lo ha subido un 25%, el cual es mucho menor el impacto el precio que el aumento de los insumos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEl indicador para Yucat\u00e1n fue un incremento en el precio de las viviendas de alrededor del 8%\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-91263 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Sergei-Lopez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abHay que tener en cuenta que el valor de los productos usados de los principales insumos que usamos para construir, que son el cemento, el concreto, los agregados, el acero en estos cinco meses ha subido hasta un 70% el costo\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El l\u00edder empresarial se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una de las estrategias es mejorar los procesos en la construcci\u00f3n como el uso de productos innovadores, mejorar los procesos para disminuir mermas y as\u00ed disminuir los costos de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mencion\u00f3 que, pese a las alzas, se espera colocar en venta unas 10 mil casas a lo largo de este
