Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a J.C.B.E. por el delito de abuso sexual agravado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en el interior de un predio habilitado como casa ejidal en Motul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Una vez interpuesta la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda se dieron a la tarea de reunir los datos de prueba e integrar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, la cual fue judicializada bajo la causa penal 263\/2022 y tras formular la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba para pedir se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del acusado, quien solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del plazo para definir su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez Segunda de Control estableci\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de septiembre se reanude la audiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6831 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Juez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los hechos, reunidos por la Fiscal\u00eda, permiten establecer que todo sucedi\u00f3 el pasado 30 de junio en el interior del predio habilitado como casa ejidal de Motul a donde lleg\u00f3 la querellante y fue tocada de forma lasciva por el imputado, quien ejerci\u00f3 violencia f\u00edsica contra la agraviada, que pidi\u00f3 ayuda policiaca y se logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del acusado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los argumentos para solicitar la imposici\u00f3n de medidas cautelares, por lo que la Juez de Control, tras valorarlo, estableci\u00f3 que el imputado acuda peri\u00f3dicamente a firmar, tiene prohibido salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, someterse al cuidado y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares y tiene prohibido acercarse a la v\u00edctima por todo el tiempo que dure el
