{"id":93273,"date":"2022-10-10T19:45:56","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T00:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=93273"},"modified":"2022-10-11T06:02:08","modified_gmt":"2022-10-11T11:02:08","slug":"prision-preventiva-por-exhibirse-ante-mujer-en-prolongacion-montejo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/prision-preventiva-por-exhibirse-ante-mujer-en-prolongacion-montejo\/","title":{"rendered":"Prisi\u00f3n preventiva por exhibirse ante mujer en Prolongaci\u00f3n Montejo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"njsxS qhSqO TiApU J8uu2 allowTextSelection\" tabindex=\"-1\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"Cuerpo del mensaje\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"rps_bbf6\">\n<div lang=\"ES-MX\">\n<div class=\"x_WordSection1\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"right\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n a 10 de octubre de 2022.- Por exhibirse ante una mujer en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en la colonia Montes de Am\u00e9, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n\u00a0 al ciudadano C.A.S.M. por el delito de ultrajes a la moral p\u00fablica y a las buenas costumbres, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos la semana pasada, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Segundo de Control, la autoridad judicial decret\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y a continuaci\u00f3n los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y expusieron los datos de prueba de la causa penal 331\/2022 para pedir se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del acusado, quien solicit\u00f3 su situaci\u00f3n se resolviera en el plazo de 144 horas, por lo que la Juez de Control convoc\u00f3 a las partes para continuar la audiencia el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de octubre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77988\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cereso-de-Merida.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de interponerse la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda iniciaron con la indagatoria, de la cual se desprende que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado cinco de octubre, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba esperando su cami\u00f3n en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica sobre la avenida Prolongaci\u00f3n Paseo de Montejo, cuando el imputado se acerc\u00f3 a la mujer y ejecut\u00f3 exhibiciones obscenas, por lo que la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 auxilio policiaco, logr\u00e1ndose la detenci\u00f3n del sujeto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n solicit\u00f3 la imposici\u00f3n de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar, la cual fue concedida por la Juez de Control de manera justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pens\u00f3?
