de 2022.- Tras ser declarado penalmente responsable del delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa, L.A.A.Y. fue sentenciado a 11 a\u00f1os y ocho meses de internamiento por los hechos ocurridos en mayo del a\u00f1o 2021 en Oxkutzcab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante el desarrollo del Juicio Oral, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales que permitieron obtener el fallo condenatorio por unanimidad de votos y se obtuvo, adem\u00e1s de la pena de reclusi\u00f3n mencionada, que el imputado se someta a tratamiento psiqui\u00e1trico, adem\u00e1s de prohibirle acercarse a la v\u00edctima, familia y testigos por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s despu\u00e9s de compurgar su pena de internamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71224 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Encarcelado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de las penas, celebrada ante los integrantes del Tribunal Primero de Enjuiciamiento, se sentenci\u00f3 al acusado a recibir amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos y se le conden\u00f3 al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Vale recordar que durante el desarrollo del juicio, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el 19 de mayo del 2021, cuando el acusado se encontraba en el interior de su centro de trabajo y tras reflexionar su objetivo, se dirigi\u00f3 al interior de una tienda de pinturas que se encuentra a lado y atac\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un machete, sin lograr su cometido por causas ajenas a \u00e9l y gracias a la intervenci\u00f3n de otro de los empleados del lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El presente proceso se desarroll\u00f3 durante su etapa inicial ante el Juez de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial con sede en Tekax, donde se desahog\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n bajo la causa penal 34\/2021, la cual continuar\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima audiencia programada para el 25 de octubre, donde se realizar\u00e1 la lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de la sentencia y se turnar\u00e1 el caso al Juez de Ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L.A.A.Y. fue sentenciado por el delito de homicidio
