Despu\u00e9s de valorar las pruebas aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), S.J.B.V. fue encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en la carretera Um\u00e1n\u2013Dzibikak, en agravio de su ex pareja sentimental de nombre Y.V.P.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia realizada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Cuarto Distrito, las pruebas testimoniales, documentales y periciales fueron valoradas por los integrantes del Tribunal Primero de Juicio Oral, quienes otorgaron el fallo condenatorio por unanimidad de votos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66009 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Sentenciado-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 64\/2021, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 10 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2021, en un campo deportivo ubicado en el citado tramo carretero, donde el imputado atac\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un arma punzocortante provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones que le provocaron la muerte por traumatismo tor\u00e1cico abierto secundario, tal como determin\u00f3 el Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense de la FGE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, los integrantes del Tribunal convocaron a las partes involucradas para el pr\u00f3ximo 6 de diciembre, cuando se realizar\u00e1 la audiencia de
