{"id":95389,"date":"2022-11-30T12:52:30","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T18:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=95389"},"modified":"2022-11-30T12:52:30","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T18:52:30","slug":"empresas-podran-acceder-a-distintivo-en-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/empresas-podran-acceder-a-distintivo-en-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Empresas podr\u00e1n acceder a distintivo en derechos humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 30 de noviembre de 2022 (ACOM).- Empresas yucatecas podr\u00e1n acceder al distintivo por su compromiso con los derechos humanos, c\u00f3mo parte de una estrategia de inclusi\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, Jorge Charruf C\u00e1ceres, presidente del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), inform\u00f3 que este distintivo se entregar\u00e1, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (Codhey), a las empresas comprometida con los derechos humanos, aplicable para promover el respeto de los colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abSe trata de una convocatoria basada en siete ejes: la cultura del respeto, las pr\u00e1cticas fortalecimiento inclusi\u00f3n, la no discriminaci\u00f3n, un entorno social \u00f3ptimo y cuidado del medio ambiente\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-95390 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/CCE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"596\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la intenci\u00f3n es que las empresas generen pol\u00edticas incluyentes, en las que se pueda fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n, autonom\u00eda y sensibilizar sobre el potencial de los colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Miguel Sabido Santana, presidente de la Codhey, dijo que este distintivo reconoce la inclusi\u00f3n, no solo para personas con discapacidad, sino j\u00f3venes, personas adultas mayores, LGBT, de pueblos originarios, extranjeros, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abVamos a apoyar a las empresas para prevenir los riesgos, derivados de sus actividades que pudieran vulnerar derechos\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las empresas interesadas en obtener el distintivo podr\u00e1n inscribirse en la p\u00e1gina de internet de la Codhey, mediante un cuestionario, al que el organismo responder\u00e1, adem\u00e1s de que har\u00e1 una visita a la empresa, y en un plazo de 15 d\u00edas, se har\u00e1 la evaluaci\u00f3n por parte del organismo para definir si se otorga el distintivo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0 elementToProof\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las inscripciones iniciar\u00e1n el 1 de diciembre y se cerrar\u00e1n el 15 febrero, aunque en ese mes, se entregar\u00e1n los primeros distintivos, los cuales se renovar\u00e1n cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 30 de noviembre de 2022 (ACOM).- Empresas yucatecas podr\u00e1n acceder al distintivo por su compromiso con los derechos humanos, c\u00f3mo parte de una estrategia de inclusi\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores.
