{"id":95796,"date":"2022-12-09T12:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T18:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=95796"},"modified":"2022-12-09T12:10:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T18:10:00","slug":"iniciativa-sobre-actas-de-nacimiento-en-lengua-maya-sigue-pendiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/iniciativa-sobre-actas-de-nacimiento-en-lengua-maya-sigue-pendiente\/","title":{"rendered":"Iniciativa sobre actas de nacimiento en lengua maya sigue pendiente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 9 de diciembre de 2022 (ACOM).- Sigue pendiente la iniciativa de reforma a la Ley del Registro Civil que busca que este emita actas de nacimiento en lengua maya y otros puntos que hoy son una necesidad en Yucat\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se inform\u00f3 que la propuesta se encuentra en la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n del Congreso estatal, donde sigue bajo revisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que se trabaja de cerca con la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica de Yucat\u00e1n, con el fin de que se atiendan los detalles necesarios para que la medida atienda las necesidades de la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00abEstamos afinando algunos detalles para mejorar la iniciativa para que se pueda aprobar en comisi\u00f3n y que pueda pasar al pleno como dictamen. La iniciativa toca diferentes puntos en apoyo a la ni\u00f1ez, apoyo a la adolescencia, derechos humanos\u00bb, explic\u00f3 la diputada panista, Pilar Santos D\u00edaz, quien promovi\u00f3 la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-95797 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Acta-de-nacimeinto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00abIncluso, el tema de g\u00e9nero que todav\u00eda falta hacer las modificaciones a la Ley del Registro Civil, ya que aprobamos el matrimonio igualitario, entonces, tambi\u00e9n toca esos puntos sensibles\u00bb, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0 elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, la medida busca proteger los intereses y las necesidades de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, mediante ajustes legislativos, que impongan obligaciones a las autoridades,
