Salom\u00f3n C\u00e9spedes Peregrina\u00a0fue electo la madrugada de este jueves por el Congreso de Puebla como gobernador sustituto y rendir\u00e1 protesta a medio d\u00eda,\u00a0tras el fallecimiento de Luis Miguel Barbosa\u00a0ocurrido este martes 13 de diciembre en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera,\u00a0Ana Luc\u00eda Hill Mayoral habr\u00e1 estado solo dos d\u00edas como encargada de despacho de la gubernatura\u00a0y ser\u00e1\u00a0C\u00e9spedes Peregrina quien concluya la gesti\u00f3n que dej\u00f3 trunca Barbosa Huerta\u00a0y que concluye el 14 de diciembre de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En \u00absecreto\u00bb, lo que significa que no se dan a conocer qu\u00e9 legisladores aprobaron o se opusieron a la propuesta, la LXI Legislatura aprob\u00f3 la propuesta por 38 votos a favor y solo uno en contra, por lo que C\u00e9spedes Peregrina fue electo para ocupar el cargo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-96032 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Sergio-Salomon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQUI\u00c9N ES SERGIO SALOM\u00d3N?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sergio Salom\u00f3n C\u00e9spedes Peregrina\u00a0naci\u00f3 en Tepeaca, Puebla y es un empresario restaurantero y\u00a0hasta este 14 de diciembre era diputado local por el Morena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gobernador sustituto estudi\u00f3 la licenciatura en Derecho, adem\u00e1s de tener un curso de gobernanza por la Universidad George Washington.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La carrera pol\u00edtica de\u00a0Sergio Salom\u00f3n C\u00e9spedes Peregrina inici\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os como militante del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).\u00a0Como parte de su trayectoria en el partido tricolor, fungi\u00f3 como dirigente interino del Comit\u00e9 Directivo Municipal en Tepeaca, mientras que Juan Carlos Lastiri Quir\u00f3s despachaba en la presidencia estatal de forma paralela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su primer cargo p\u00fablico fue en 2014, cuando gan\u00f3 en las urnas una diputaci\u00f3n local por el Distrito 13 con cabecera en Tepeaca, incorpor\u00e1ndose as\u00ed a la LIX Legislatura como
