de feminicidio agravado fue enviado al Penal, al abuelo celoso Manuel Basto de 78 a\u00f1os, quien asesin\u00f3 a su esposa Mar\u00eda de 72 a\u00f1os en el municipio de Baca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este lunes, tras formularle cargos la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado por el delito de feminicidio agravado, don Manuel enfrenta una pena de m\u00e1s de 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, que no cumplir\u00e1 debido a su edad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-96619\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BACA_FEMINICIDIO_30-DIC-2022-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"494\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El caso se ventila en el juzgado Primero de Control a cargo de Antonio Bonilla Casta\u00f1eda quien declar\u00f3 la legalidad de la detenci\u00f3n y al presunto responsable se le impuso la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El se\u00f1or est\u00e1 acusado de darle muerte con un cuchillo a su esposa Mar\u00eda
