Con el prop\u00f3sito de promover una tenencia responsable de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda y de ofrecer una cobertura m\u00e1s amplia de servicios de bienestar animal en el Municipio, el reci\u00e9n renombrado Centro Municipal de Atenci\u00f3n Animal (CEMAA antes CEMCA) pone a disposici\u00f3n de las y los ciudadanos un puesto permanente de vacunaci\u00f3n antirr\u00e1bica para perros y gatos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La directora de la Unidad de Desarrollo Sustentable, Alejandra Bolio Rojas, inform\u00f3 que para apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias que tengan perros y gatos, este m\u00f3dulo aplicar\u00e1 la vacuna de manera gratuita de lunes a viernes en el horario de 08:30 a 18:30 horas y s\u00e1bados de 09:00 a 14:30 horas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97486 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Fauna-domestica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que entre los requisitos para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la vacuna est\u00e1 que el animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda se encuentre sano, tener una edad m\u00ednima de 3 meses, presentar carnet de vacunaci\u00f3n, que el perro o gato est\u00e9 desparasitado y sin garrapatas, y, por \u00faltimo, trasladar al animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda de manera segura, es decir, con correa o en transportadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cInvitamos a las y los propietarios a ser responsables llevando a sus perros y gatos a recibir su vacuna, debido a que cuidan no s\u00f3lo a sus mascotas, sino tambi\u00e9n a la familia\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de la protecci\u00f3n de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda al vacunarlos contra la rabia, la aplicaci\u00f3n de este f\u00e1rmaco trae beneficios a la salud de las y los habitantes de M\u00e9rida, ya que, previene y ayuda a la reducci\u00f3n de casos de rabia en el Municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la funcionaria coment\u00f3 que las y los ciudadanos que deseen
