{"id":97600,"date":"2023-01-25T19:35:44","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T01:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=97600"},"modified":"2023-01-25T19:35:44","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T01:35:44","slug":"triunfan-platillos-con-chile-en-concurso-gastronomico-del-merida-fest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/triunfan-platillos-con-chile-en-concurso-gastronomico-del-merida-fest\/","title":{"rendered":"Triunfan platillos con chile en concurso gastron\u00f3mico del M\u00e9rida Fest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 25 de enero de 2023.- Creatividad y sabor fueron dos elementos que estuvieron presentes en los platillos ganadores de la segunda edici\u00f3n del Concurso de Interpretaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica, en el marco del M\u00e9rida Fest 2023 \u00abFelices los Felices\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los participantes se atrevieron a crear y probar nuevos sabores en sus platillos, teniendo como base chiles y ma\u00edces, elementos de identidad local y esenciales de la gastronom\u00eda yucateca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97603 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/PLATILLO-GASTRONOMICO3-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El concurso lo organiz\u00f3, por segundo a\u00f1o, el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida en conjunto con la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC-Yucat\u00e1n) como una forma de promover la creatividad en el uso de los ingredientes tradicionales, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de la cocina tradicional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los equipos ganadores fueron \u201cRalex\u201d con una pechuga con espejo de elote acompa\u00f1ado de verduras con salsa de chile xcatik y chile poblano. Su segundo platillo fue un panqu\u00e9 de elote relleno de crema pastelera de elote con chile poblano ba\u00f1ada en un salsa de tres leches y elote. El equipo lo conformaron Alexis Eduardo Gonz\u00e1lez Salas y Raquel Eunice Mukul Aguilar, de la Universidad Vizcaya de las Am\u00e9ricas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97602 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/PLATILLO-GASTRONOMICO2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El segundo lugar fue el equipo \u201cLa Trova\u201d con una versi\u00f3n de un tamal colado con tikin xic y flan de elote con jarabe de supremas de naranja y chile habanero, a cargo de cocineros del restaurante La Trova, Cindy Juliana Fraga Pech y Ricardo Abraham Cauich L\u00f3pez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seis equipos se presentaron a la competencia, previa inscripci\u00f3n y comenzaron sus preparaciones a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana, en las instalaciones del Instituto de Gastronom\u00eda ISIMA. Dos horas m\u00e1s tarde se realiz\u00f3 la degustaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de los guisos, previa explicaci\u00f3n de cada equipo ante el jurado, integrado por Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora, presidenta de la CANIRAC-Yucat\u00e1n y los chefs Raciel Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora y Gabriel Celis Torres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97601 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/PLATILLO-GASTRONOMICO1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"666\" height=\"444\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la competencia tambi\u00e9n participaron los equipos \u201cCh\u00b4\u00f3och ka k\u2019\u00e1aj\u201d, \u201cLa diosa del ma\u00edz\u201d, \u201cDem\u00e9ter\u201d y \u201cLa Legi\u00f3n\u201d, con platillos como huevos benedictinos, trufas de xcatic, ensalada de ma\u00edz, brownies con chile, chile relleno con huitlacoche, mousse de pinole, polc\u00e1n relleno de chorizo de carne molida y chile habanero y tamal de elote con salsa Xtabent\u00fan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un mensaje, Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez destac\u00f3 que M\u00e9rida es una ciudad creativa gastron\u00f3mica donde la cocina es uno de sus atractivos principales. Tambi\u00e9n felicit\u00f3 a todos los equipos por el trabajo en conjunto realizado en este tipo de competencias que dan cultura e identidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En representaci\u00f3n del Director de Cultura, Antrop. Irving Berl\u00edn Villafa\u00f1a, la Subdirectora de Difusi\u00f3n, Emy Denis Gonz\u00e1lez, agradeci\u00f3 este tipo de iniciativas que se impulsa desde el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida que encabeza Ren\u00e1n Barrera Concha, para estimular la creatividad, talento y promoci\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los equipos ganadores obtuvieron est\u00edmulos por 15 mil y 10 mil pesos para el primer y segundo lugar, respectivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el acto estuvo presente Jes\u00fas Miguel Santos Pinz\u00f3n, director del ISIMA.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Comidas populares y shows art\u00edsticos<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el M\u00e9rida Fest 2023 tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1 disfrutar otros momentos gastron\u00f3micos en las \u201cComidas Populares\u201d, con lo mejor de los platillos regionales que nos identifican en sabor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El viernes 27 de enero, a partir de las 7 de la noche, participar\u00e1n las propuestas gastron\u00f3micas de La Reina Itzalana, Alex Canul-Cocina de Herencia, Tortas Don Omar, Tamales Los 4 Hermanos y La Terraza de Tila, a precios accesibles, en el Remate del Paseo de Montejo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mientras las familias degustan la comida, podr\u00e1n disfrutar tambi\u00e9n cuatro grandes espect\u00e1culos art\u00edsticos:\u00a0\u201cCumbiando Andamos\u201d, cumbia y t\u00edteres con Emiliano Buenfil y la Chan Cil Tropical (7pm), \u201cPimiento Morr\u00f3n\u201d, banda mexicana con un concierto de rock, teatro y clown para ni\u00f1os (8pm), \u201cLa Sensacional Orquesta Lavadero\u201d con el espect\u00e1culo \u201cEn las nubes\u201d, con un variet\u00e9 de n\u00fameros clown y m\u00fasica en vivo (9pm) y el concierto homenaje \u201cUna estrella para el Pr\u00edncipe\u201d (Las mejores de Jos\u00e9 Jos\u00e9), con
