marzo de 2023 (ACOM).- La Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica del Congreso estatal aval\u00f3 reconocer la antig\u00fcedad del magistrado C\u00e9sar Antu\u00f1a Aguilar como parte del proceso de su ratificaci\u00f3n en el Tribunal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado y Municipios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al respecto, el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Legislativo, V\u00edctor Hugo Lozano Poveda, explic\u00f3 que este proceso forma parte de un mandato establecido por la autoridad judicial en torno al amparo que promovi\u00f3 dicho magistrado, al no ser ratificado en su momento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-99033 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/VLozanoPoveda-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"633\" height=\"402\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abNos pidieron reconocer la antig\u00fcedad que en la anterior legislatura no le fue reconocida a un magistrado del Tribunal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, C\u00e9sar Antu\u00f1a\u00bb, explic\u00f3 el diputado panista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLo que estamos haciendo es acatar la resoluci\u00f3n del juzgado de distrito para que ellos tengan una cuesti\u00f3n firme, el reconocimiento de su antig\u00fcedad, y el tenga derecho a lo que en prestaciones pueda obtener\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe recordar que la gesti\u00f3n de Antu\u00f1a Aguilar concluy\u00f3 en 2019 y aunque el Poder Judicial solicit\u00f3 su ratificaci\u00f3n c\u00f3mo magistrado, el Congreso estatal no lo aval\u00f3, por lo que este interpuso un amparo, el cual gan\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese tenor, se dej\u00f3 en claro que con la resoluci\u00f3n de hoy se concluye el proceso, al atenderse la ordenanza judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEs un caso \u00fanico porque hubo controversia con su ratificaci\u00f3n, la cual, ya qued\u00f3
