de 2023.- Acusado de agredir a una menor de edad de identidad reservada, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado present\u00f3 los datos de prueba que permitieron obtener el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de M.M.G., por el delito de abuso sexual equiparado agravado (3), denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en el interior de una iglesia ubicada en la colonia El Cerrito de la ciudad de Kanas\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n aportaron los datos y elementos de prueba reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 23\/2023, los cuales fueron considerados suficientes por la Juez Primera de Control del Segundo Distrito, quien decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado y otorg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-99190 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Detienen-a-Pastor-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos denunciados ocurrieron en enero de 2021, en el interior de la iglesia R\u00edos de Agua Viva, ubicada en en el fraccionamiento \u201cEl Cerrito\u201d de Mulchech\u00e9n, Kanas\u00edn y se repitieron en febrero y marzo de ese mismo a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, fue ratificada la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, la cual se mantendr\u00e1 vigente durante todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el imputado continuar\u00e1 privado de su
