gastron\u00f3mico enfrentan a\u00fan la escasez de personal, lo que se agrava con la apertura de nuevas empresas que propician una mayor rotaci\u00f3n del recurso humano que labora en esa industria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presidenta local de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac), Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que han abierto sus puertas 3,500 nuevos establecimientos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97287\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/CANIRAC-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"502\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que esa situaci\u00f3n ha hecho que la mano de obra sea m\u00e1s disputada entre los restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYa hay una recuperaci\u00f3n de las unidades de negocios, algunos lamentablemente no volvieron a abrir, en contraste, hay otros tienen m\u00e1s sucursales lo que da lugar a la generaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s puestos de trabajo que no se han logrado cubrir\u201d explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al abundar, dijo que, en 2019, antes del inicio de la pandemia, exist\u00edan 13 mil 55 negocios y al inicio de este a\u00f1o la cifra ya alcanz\u00f3 los 16 mil 555, es decir, 3 mil 500 m\u00e1s en el estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fines del a\u00f1o pasado, la Canirac estimaba que el d\u00e9ficit de personal ascend\u00eda a las 2 mil personas, principalmente meseros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras que los prestadores de servicios de las ramas hotelera y gastron\u00f3mica batallan para recuperar al personal que tuvieron que despedir por la crisis sanitaria, las expectativas en materia de turismo del estado son buenas y se espera un importante arribo de visitantes durante
