{"id":192511,"date":"2017-09-21T11:46:46","date_gmt":"2017-09-21T16:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/?p=192511"},"modified":"2017-09-21T11:46:46","modified_gmt":"2017-09-21T16:46:46","slug":"corte-florencia-avala-extradicion-yarrington","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/corte-florencia-avala-extradicion-yarrington.html","title":{"rendered":"Corte de Florencia avala extradici\u00f3n de Yarrington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-192512\" src=\"http:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1757676.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1757676.jpg 600w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1757676-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1757676-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>Florencia, Italia; 21 de septiembre de 2017 (Exc\u00e9lsior).- Luego de varias horas de deliberaciones, la Corte de Apelaciones de Florencia avala la petici\u00f3n de extradici\u00f3n que presentaron los gobiernos de M\u00e9xico y estados Unidos (EU), del exgobernador de Tamaulipas, Tom\u00e1s Yarrington, quien es se\u00f1alado por presuntos nexos con el crimen organizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemos presentado nuestro visto bueno a favor de la extradici\u00f3n\u201d, declar\u00f3 a los medios la fiscal general sustituta de Florencia, Luciana Singlitico, durante una pausa de la audiencia, iniciada a puertas cerradas poco despu\u00e9s de las 10:00 horas locales en el Palacio de Justicia florentino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, el higo del acusado asegur\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 por la v\u00eda legal apelar la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte florentina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia de hoy fue anunciada el pasado 18 de julio, cuando la decisi\u00f3n de los jueces fue pospuesta luego de que la defensa del imputado presentara un amplio expediente de argumentos contra la extradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EU reclama a Yarrington por delitos de delincuencia en tr\u00e1fico de sustancias estupefacientes, lavado de dinero y fraude bancario, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9xico lo reclam\u00f3 inicialmente por tr\u00e1fico de sustancias estupefacientes, aunque los gobiernos de ambos pa\u00edses acordaron dar prioridad a la solicitud de Washington.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El exgobernador fue arrestado en Florencia en abril pasado y desde entonces ha estado recluido en la c\u00e1rcel local de Sollicciano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de su captura el exfuncionario estuvo varios meses residiendo en la ciudad de Paola, en la sure\u00f1a regi\u00f3n de Calabria, bajo identidad falsa y por ello es tambi\u00e9n investigado en Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 18 de julio Yarrington insisti\u00f3 en su inocencia y dijo ser un perseguido pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A pesar de la decisi\u00f3n, el hijo del exgobernador de Tamaulipas buscar\u00e1 apelar la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":192512,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[63070,53433,37398,12584,61838],"class_list":["post-192511","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-internacional","tag-apelaran","tag-defensa","tag-extradicion","tag-italia","tag-yarrington"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
