Tambi\u00e9n es comparable a la fibra de carbono, pero mucho menos costoso\u201d, destac\u00f3 Liangbing Hu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el desarrollo del proyecto, e<strong>l equipo hirvi\u00f3 la madera en una soluci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3xido de sodio y sulfito de sodio, para eliminar de manera parcial la lignina y la hemicelulosa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s, Liangbing Hu y su grupo cient\u00edfico<strong>\u00a0pusieron la madera bajo calor suave, para comprimir las paredes celulares<\/strong>, eliminando agujeros o nudos presentes en la madera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed como, fomentar la formaci\u00f3n de enlaces qu\u00edmicos que fortalecen el material a escala
